This particle is used in current HappyMood sim as snow effects. You will realize most the existence of it at the location where there is a big tree house.

– Emitter permissions… copy / mod / no-trans
– Script permissions… copy / no-mod / no-trans
– Prim count… 1 prim

Emitter is 1 prim and you can change a particle range, a burst speed and a wind direction in Dialog.
The particle color in default is white, but you can also change the particle into a color you hope.
